About Paul
Paul Lee, Owner and Operations Director, is a Korean-born entrepreneur. Upon immigrating to the US, he pursued business ventures in various sectors, never shying away from new experiences. In the 90’s, he began exploring opportunities in the janitorial service business and got his start cleaning local bank branches nightly with his family. In 1999, he launched Paul’s Building Maintenance specializing in commercial cleaning, specialty floor care service, and building maintenance. Paul has successfully operated PBM for nearly two decades having provided services to over 100 client buildings.
